How I Can Help You

I provide confidential one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, anger management, eating disorders, phobias and more. The sessions, which are delivered either face-t0-face (Warwickshire and Richmond-Upon-Thames) or online/via the telephone, will help you to feel better in yourself, restoring your mental wellbeing. Having counselling or psychotherapy with Novissimo Counselling will give you time and space to reflect, recover and discover who you are truly meant to be. 

During our conversations we will explore ideas you that you may never have given voice to before. Discovering the ideas that rule you may surprise you – maybe you no longer need to be ruled by such ideas. We will work towards enabling you to live your chosen life more happily and completely.

Therapy sessions are a place to take some time-out, to explore your thoughts and feelings and to get back your peace of mind again. It’s time to let therapy set you free.

Is counselling right for me?

There are many reasons for seeking support from a counsellor and psychotherapist. Counselling is for suitable and beneficial for the vast majority of people; especially if you are experiencing low mood or overwhelming stress or anxiety, if you aren’t feeling at peace with your life, or if you sense that having someone to talk to could help you to make a real change. Don’t wait until things get worse – now is the right time to work with a therapist.

 

Having professional help can give you more insight and awareness as well as different techniques and tools to try. At Novissimo Counselling we provide talking therapies – sometimes just having someone to talk to can be a huge help. 

Although it can sometimes feel scary or overwhelming to take the first step and ask for help, reducing your symptoms and learning healthy ways to cope can make doing so incredibly worthwhile.
